About us

In 2005 we decided that to make wine was the only way to continue cultivating the original vines. Reclaiming of the land, remodel work on the old stone house and cellar, and replanting missing vines, were all projects undertaken in the last 15 years. We also now have room to host visitors, and increased space for our simultaneous Fall grape and olive harvests. In 2019-20 we planted some additional rows giving us just about one hectare of vines.

The vineyard gets good sun exposure and an ideal combination of sea and mountain breezes.  We make a small production wine, harvested by hand and vinified with much reflection and great care. We believe in letting  the fruit express itself and therefore make as little interventions as possible both with our farming practices and winemaking process.

The small cellar is part of the old house, here we make wine from the year’s fruit harvested just a few hundred yards away. In the cellar we follow traditional methods with lots of manual labor and hand operated presses, fermenting our wines in both cement and fiberglass vats. We filter by racking and use minimal doses of sulfites.
